Drawing inspiration from the Scandinavian approach to roasting, Tao Coffee set a goal to bring origin-forward coffee flavours to Prague. Each batch is treated with an immense care. We taste, we measure, we diagnose. Data helps us be consistent, however the sensory experience is still the most valid indicator of quality.

Being one of the elements in the supply chain, we do our part to unlock each coffee’s full potential. We rely on farmers, baristas, and a lot of people in between to do their part so we can create something really exciting.

On our menu, you will find coffees that have only minimal fermentation and thrive from careful and dedicated farming processes.
